I can't touch my toes so no Yoga = My teeth are dirty so no brushing

I hope you are well and smoothly riding the wave of "change" as much as we can, enjoy time for some introspection.

I have enjoyed my online adventure so far from extreme hustling setting it up to bit of surrender to enjoy what comes. I have also enjoyed the stillness and quietness of less busy environment. I assume it has not been easy for many with all variety of circumstances, but we have shown flexibility, adaptability, resiliency, and unity! Well done humans. I am also grateful for Mother Earth to have the chance to cleanse and sparkle in the last couple of months. I hope we have been positively shaken and woken up to a new reality that resonates with your core centre.

Through this time, my Yoga practice adapted to suit the needs of swift changes, such as more meditation and pranayama (breathing exercise) in the first month when hustling and more funky asana(postures) with playful and fun element that I am missing right now. Yoga has been a gift to me for a long time, but I am once again grateful and forever inspired to share.

Yoga is for every-body if you need it. So here I am to remind you to enjoy the essence of Yoga wherever whenever, not just the poses.

Here is a 5 min video on tips for Yoga push up known as Chaturanga dandasana. Click on the image.

I hope it is helpful! Let me know what you think.
