45-minute Sunday sessions offering movement, meditation, or breathwork — with all proceeds supporting local charities.

Bi-monthly Themed Workshop (2hr)
2-hour immersive Sunday afternoon sessions exploring topics like bone health, breathwork, strength-building, and introspective self-inquiry through movement and discussion.​​

Experience personalised, supportive yoga workshops designed especially for women aged 40 and above.
Eriko is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, blending Eastern medicine, nervous system regulation, and physiotherapy-informed movement. Her approach is safe, grounded, and deeply nourishing — empowering you to move with more ease, awareness, and strength.
