Be like water... soft, malleable and strong. In TCM, Water element is the Kidney and Urinary bladder channel, and heightened senses in the season of winter. In the class, we will focus on the back line of the body including upper/mid/low back and backs of the legs.

About the event
Yin yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin has a restorative quality, but it is not restorative yoga. Like all yoga practices, if the tissues you are targeting for exercise are damaged in some way, please take a rest, or check with your health professional if yin is appropriate for you.
Please bring a mat, a blanket or towel, a bolster or cushion(s), blocks or books, a strap or a belt.
Wear a comfortable and stretchy clothes.
