2 hours YIN time for YOU!
This month we focus on the element of Earth. Earth is the late summer and the “transition” period in between each season. The earth energy gives grounding and stability during the changing phase.
Join me and indulge in this yummy 2 hours of Yin practice this Earth period to restore your overall energy, replenish the internal organ health, healthier joints/fascia/bones/ligaments, and an opportunity rejuvenate as you take time out for yourself to just “be”.
Yin yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin has a restorative quality, but it is not restorative yoga. Like all yoga practices, if the tissues you are targeting for exercise are damaged in some way, please take a rest, or check with your health professional if yin is appropriate for you.
Please bring a mat, a blanket or towel, a bolster or cushion(s), blocks or books, a strap or a belt.
Wear a comfortable and stretchy clothes.
