About The Event

Explore the quiet historic country town of Asuka, first ancient capital of Japan with Eriko. We visit Japan at a perfect time of year, as the weather has cooled and trees start to change colours into many shades of gold, red and green. A great time to enjoy autumn harvest and indulge in healthy local Japanese food.

Eriko invites you to join her for this unique experience, where she will share her love of yoga asanas, mediation and breath work combined with her cultural heritage, Japan.

Allow yourself to fall in love with Japan as you surrender to the rich culture, world class hospitality, unique cuisine and traditional wellness.

We encourage you to take extra time to explore more of Japan and what the country has to offer. Kyoto and Osaka, to name a few, are only 90 minutes from the retreat location. We offer pre and post retreat tour packages and are happy to share tips where to visit.
