Yoga has much to say about health, an ancient wisdom from 5 centuries ago. And I've got a 8 days 30 min Create healthy Habits Yogic Style course coming up, borrowing the wisdom of Yoga and modern science, which could assist you in boosting your health creating long lasting healthy habits with a commitment of 30 min a day, ready for the spring action!
Yoga is a well established formula (about 5000 years) to achieve less suffering and more quality of life, hence the by-product of more joy! By following the simple framework of Yoga, which is to go through the physical, mental and spiritual practices and disciplines, we learn to go within and still the mind for the forgotten reality of who we truly are. Real and long lasting transformation must come from inside.
In this course, we combine the ancient wisdom and knowledge proven by science to make sense of the reason why we want to obtain healthy habits and tools to carry with you for the rest of your life.
Intention of the course:
- Create sustainable healthy habits for all layers of our being - Physically, mentally and spiritually.
- Learn simple & accessible tools to be in harmony with ourselves and cultivate quality of life.
