  • Vinyasa Yoga : This flow style Yoga link one posture to another with the breath. It is dynamic and fluid.

  • Yin Yoga : Yin is a slow, simple, and quiet practice with opportunity to cultivate awareness and mindfulness with a hint of restorative and meditative quality. The practice targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine. We will hold the poses passively for 2 to 5 minutes to work the fascia (connective tissues) which may have become tight over time.

  • Yoga Synergy Sequence: Yoga style and a method with 6 sequences that is based on a deep and sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology, modern medical science and traditional hatha yoga. It’s a dynamic moving meditation that links postures with breath.

  • Seated/Chair Yoga : Great way to incorporate movement in to the day for people who work in the office or providing exercise for those less mobile.

  • Acro Yoga : Acro Yoga is not only a great whole-body workout but it is a whole lot of fun! We work 1:1 to create shapes together. We learn and trust ourselves and the partner you work with, to communicate effectively and connect with one another in a multiple dimension.
