About The Event

Join me in this amazing sangha(community) to celebrate winter, a season to go inwards, to restore, and have more clarity for the next season. Feel the support from a like-minded friends who share the practice of Yoga, honouring the cycle of your own nature, and to enjoy more of life!

A half-day to retreat from your regular life, to restore and induce healing at the beautiful centre "The Medicine Wheel" close to public transport in Bondi Junction as well as to the trees and greens at the Centennial Park.

We will gather around 10 am and close at 3 pm.

Yang-Yin Yoga with sound healing sessions, tea, snacks, light lunch is included.

Free full day parking spots are available at nearyby street (York street) but be quick!

In this retreat, the emphasis will be around the kidney organs and the channel that supports them.

We will focus on a gentle lengthening, compression, and activation of the front and back of the body to stimulate the kidney and bladder meridians in both yin-yang practices, always working in your own capacity. We will deconstruct the backbend asanas to feel where to switch on and to lengthen, as well as discover our own imbalances we accumulate over-time.

Practice will include pranayama and meditation which will support you with restoring the kidney chi(energy) as a holistic practice. We will close off with a sound healing by Mylene as a cherry on top to take you to another dimension! Mylene is the owner of the centre, the Medicine WheeL, intuitive counsellor, and a gifted body worker.

Small snacks, herbal teas and a light lunch is served in this retreat. Lunch is prepared with love and an intention to honour nature by our beautiful friend, Keiko. Keiko is a macrobiotics teacher who is passionate about supporting people’s busy lifestyles with healthy and wholesome food.

Cultivating sangha is such a beneficial part of the practice to keep you in your aligned path with ease. Please join me in this beautiful sangha to retreat from our role, duty, busyness, excess information, worries, desires, or doubts.
