Yin yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin has a restorative quality, but it is not restorative yoga. Like all yoga practices, if the tissues you are targeting for exercise are damaged in some way, please take a rest, or check with your health professional if yin is appropriate for you.
Please bring a mat, a blanket or towel, a bolster or cushion(s), blocks or books, a strap or a belt.
Wear a comfortable and stretchy clothes.
PLEASE NOTE: Recording will automatically be sent to you if you are unable to be present for the class at the time. Recording is sent within 2 hours of the event and available for 72 hours.
